Requests for disclosure of performance

We will disclose the results of the entrance examination to takers of the 2024 Shimonoseki City University entrance examination.
The disclosure request period must be from Wednesday, May 15, 2024 to May 31 (Fri).

※Reception for fiscal 2024 has been closed.※

Billing Method

In the case of counter

Please submit the following 12 at Admission Division (Main Building I Building 2F).

※You can also hand in the Admission Division window.
②: OIST admission ticket

In the case of mailing

Please mail the following 123 to Admission Division.
Please write "Request for Disclosure of Entrance Examination" in red on the envelope surface.

If you lose your admission ticket, you can substitute it with the original admission ticket (original) for the university entrance examination.
③: Reply envelope (Long form No. 3, affixed stamp for 434 yen, address specified)

Notes

Only the test student can make a claim.
If the documents are incomplete, we will not be able to accept them.
If you have taken multiple selections, please submit a request for disclosure of grades for each selection.
However, only one envelope for submission and replies is acceptable.

Receipt method

It will be issued after the end of the disclosure request period.

In the case of counter

It will be delivered in Admission Division.
Please bring your ID card (student ID card, driver's license, etc.) to verify your identity.

In the case of mailing

I will return it with your admission ticket in a reply envelope.
※In case of insufficient stamps, etc., we will return them by Yu-Packet cash on delivery.

※We do not disclose any of the following:

Ranking of those who have completed admission procedures at another university before the announcement of the pass
3. Ranking of the 2nd and 3rd Assistant System
Ranking and total score of those who were subject to special consideration
