On Wednesday, February 12, 2014 a team building training program was held on the theme of team building leadership. Representatives from circles and student groups, as well as 44 students interested in leadership and communication participated.

In this training, four practical trainings on communication and leadership were conducted in a cycle of game-style hands-on learning ⇒ individual reflection ⇒ reflection on reflection ⇒ summary of instructors.

All the participants actively enjoyed and engaged in hands-on learning, saying, "I realized the importance of conveying my opinion and listening to the other party's opinions." "I found that leadership can lead to victory by demonstrating all members of the team."
