Shimonoseki Mirai University, which began with the opening ceremony and the first lecture on June 7, 2015 (Sun), held the 10th lecture of each department as follows.

◆Department of Community Development and Human Development Course 10 October 28 (Wed.)
　“Promotion of Community Development through Shimonoseki City Residents' Autonomy
　　See the realization of community development initiatives by Shimonoseki City Residents' Autonomy.”
　Tomoaki Nakao, Mayor of Shimoseki

 A certificate of completion was issued to those who attended 7 or more out of 10 courses in each department, and a commemorative photo was taken.

　As mentioned above, the entire schedule of "2015 Shimonoseki Mirai University" has been completed.
　Many citizens who participated have gained a lot of knowledge about local community development, local companies, and community development in Shimonoseki, and I think that they have noticed the existence of various local issues. We hope that the students will contribute to the realization of a healthy Shimonoseki through participation in local activities in their future lives.
