On Monday, June 27, 2016 at the University's Main Building I-201 classroom, open lecture "Let's establish a corporation! "The Company Law Story" has been opened.
　Mr. Kanako Kubo, a lecturer at Department of International Commerce Faculty of Economics, gave an overview of the characteristics of a corporation based on a comparison with sole proprietorships, and gave practical talks on the types of shares that are important for the establishment of a corporation and procedures for establishment. The participants also asked detailed questions, indicating the high level of interest.

In the 2016 Citizen's University Open Lecture (Spring Semester), there are still courses that can be applied in time, so we look forward to the participation of many citizens.
