The second leadership training was held on February 7, 2017 (Tuesday), and about 100 circle leaders and subleaders participated.
This training learns the abilities and ideas needed as a leader of a circle, and uses a method called "mind map" to analyze problems in a circle and simulate how to solve them.
Participants in each group created a mind map for the given theme while introducing the current situation and issues of the circle to which they belong.
Some groups noticed that even circle leaders who were not involved in a daily basis could freely exchange opinions and visualize them to find unexpected commonalities and directions.
I hope that this training will be used to solve problems and plan activities within the circle, which is a gathering of various students, and that it will lead to a fulfilling university life.
- Self-introduction using a mind map.
- Create a main branch from a rough assignment according to the theme.
- Freely write out solutions to issues and deploy sub-branches
- From the completed mind map, find keywords and connections, and create a summary.
- A summary presentation by five groups.
- The same theme was presented in groups of leaders and subleaders, and the differences in viewpoints were compared.
