The 2nd Leadership Training was held on February 7, 2017 (Tuesday), with about 100 club leaders and sub-leaders participated.
This training was to learn about the abilities and ways of thinking necessary as a circle leader. Using a method called "mind map" to analyze the problems in the circle and simulated a solution.
Participants in each group created a mind map while introducing each other's current status and issues of the circle to which they belong.
Some groups realized that even leaders of circles, which are not usually involved, could freely exchange opinions and visualize them to find unexpected commonalities and directions.
I hope that this training will be used to solve problems and plan activities in the circle, which is a group of diverse students, so that it will lead to a fulfilling university life.
