The 2nd Leadership Training was held on February 7, 2017 (Tuesday), with approximately 100 circle leaders and subleaders participating.
In this training, we learned about the abilities and ideas needed as a leader of a circle, and used a method called "mind map" to analyze problems in the circle and conduct simulations to guide solutions.
Participants in each group created a mind map while introducing each other's current status and issues regarding the given theme.
Some groups noticed that even leaders of circles who were not often involved in daily life could freely exchange opinions and visualize them to find unexpected commonalities and directions.
I hope that this training will be used to solve problems and plan activities within the circle, which is a group of various students, and that it will lead to a fulfilling university life.
- Self-introduction using a mind map.
- Create a main branch from a rough task according to the theme
- Develop sub-branches by freely writing out solutions to issues
- Find keywords and connections from the completed mind map, and create a summary.
- Presentation of a summary by five groups.
- Presenting the same theme in each group of leaders and subleaders to compare differences in perspectives
