Open Lecture "Japanese and Fish Food" has been opened.

 On October 17, 2017 (Tuesday), a public university open lecture "Japanese and Fish Food" was held at the I-201 classroom of the main building of the university.
 Professor Hidetsugu Hamada of Department of Economics, Faculty of Economics, spoke about the history of fish food and the depth of fish food culture that Japanese people have built up. It became a place to think about the ongoing “fish separation” that has been featured in the media, etc., in relation to the inheritance of fish food culture and its significance. During the Q & A session, there were many questions from the participants, and the course was very fulfilling.
