The first leadership training was held on Tuesday, December 19, 2017 with 94 leaders from student groups and circles, as well as accountants.
Leadership training is held twice a year to learn about what you need to run a circle activity.
This time, Dean Takahashi talked about the significance of circle activities and student autonomy by Dean Takahashi, and learned about "Notes on Circle Accounting for Circle Accounting" and "Rules and Procedures for Circle Activities".
In addition, the Harassment Prevention Committee provided explanations on harassment lurking close to student life and introduced consultation desks, and the students listened to the explanations with a serious expression.
The next leadership training is scheduled to be held in February.
