The first (Top Terakoya) of Yamaguchi Miraishinjuku, one of the 2017 projects hosted by Yamaguchi Prefecture, was held on Saturday, July 14 at Kaikyo Messe Shimonoseki, and six students participated.

　First of all, as a kick-off seminar, lectures were given by Norifumi Suzuki, CEO of 01Booster, a business creation support company, and Masatoshi Nakamura, Representative Director of Koto Co-creation Lab. After that, there was a dialogue session with Governor Muraoka, where each student asked the governor questions about Yamaguchi Prefecture and their own ideas. The governor also responded politely to the students' serious questions.

　The story of those who are active at the forefront were very exciting and I think it was a valuable experience for the students. I'm looking forward to seeing students in this project and how they will grow.
