On July 10, 2019 (Wednesday), the Public University Open Lecture "Basic Knowledge on Distribution: New Phases of Competition between Retail Business Types" was held at the I-201 classroom on the 2nd floor of the University Main Building.

　Professor Yukihiro Mori of Department of International Commerce, Faculty of Economics, gave a basic explanation of what distribution is and what kind of economic activity is, and explained the trends in today's "retail industry competition" and especially the movement of "real retail business" in response to the rapid development of online shopping. Those who attended were listening eagerly. After the course, opinions were exchanged between the participants and the lecturer, and the course was very fulfilling.

　This is the last open lecture for Civic University in the spring semester of 2019, but we also prepare courses for the fall semester. We will inform you at a later date. We look forward to your participation.
