On May 28, 2020, Pneex Shimonoseki Factory Co., Ltd., which manufactures long life bread in Shimonoseki City, provided Long Life Bread for our students.
As the name implies, Long Life Bread is a bread that can be stored for a long period of time, and the influence of COVID-19, it was a great support for students who were forced to live hard and go out.
We received more than 500 long life breads from 26 cardboard boxes and distributed them to residents of the University Student Hall and SCU International Exchange Center during lunch break on May 28 and 29, and began distributing them to students who entered the university through various procedures and job hunting activities.
The student who received the bread said, "I am relieved that there are a lot of bread that lasts a long time," and an international student from Turkey who ate the bread immediately said, "Blueberry jam bread was particularly delicious. The croissant also has a nostalgic taste."
The students will be given a letter of appreciation to PENEX Co., Ltd. at a later date.
Please note that the distribution of bread on campus will end as soon as the bread runs out.
