On Monday, December 21, 2020 the first leadership training was held.

　Leadership training is conducted twice a year for leaders and sub-leaders of student groups and circles, as well as accounting and general affairs staff to learn about what they need to run club activities.

　This year's event was held online due to the influence of COVID-19, and the first time this year, the online conference app was used to explain "Precautions for Circle Accounting" and "Rules and procedures related to circle activities" from the Student Support Group.
　While extracurricular activities are currently restricted at OIST, I would like students to prepare for the resumption of activities based on what they learned through leadership training.

　The next leadership training is scheduled to be held in February.
