During the two days of December 16 (Thursday) and 17 (Friday), 2021, the first leadership training was held during lunch break.
Leadership training is held twice a year to learn about what is needed to run club activities.
The first event was held on the first day, with the theme of "Notes on Circle Accounting," attended by student groups and leaders and accountants from circles.
On the second day, leaders, subleaders, and infection control officers participated and learned about procedures related to extracurricular activities during the COVID-19 pandemic.
During the participation, there were circles where generations have recently changed and new leaders have just been born, and the students listened to explanations with a serious expression.
The next Leadership Training is scheduled to be held in February.
