On August 23 (Tuesday), Kinoshita Transport Co., Ltd. and Yamaguchi Bank Co., Ltd. received donations in connection with the consignment of "Donation-type Private Placement Bonds with Guarantee of Yamaguchi Bank", so we held a donation presentation ceremony and a certificate of appreciation ceremony.
　"Donation-type private placement bonds" are donations to local governments and schools designated by the company according to the amount issued by the commissioned Yamaguchi Bank when a company issues private placement bonds. Kinoshita Transport has been designated as a donor because it hopes to become a donation-type private placement bond issuer and to help students at Shimonoseki City University.
　At the ceremony, Mr. Yasuhiro Watanabe, Director and Executive Officer of the Head Office, Mr. Yamaguchi Bank, gave a greeting as a representative of the donor, and explained the circumstances of the issuance of private placement bonds. Mr. Eihide Kinoshita, President and Representative Director of Kinoshita Transportation as a private placement bond issuer, expressed his hope to help OIST students who will lead the future, and presented the catalog to YAMAMURA Shigeaki Chair.
　Afterwards, we gave a letter of appreciation to Yasuhiro Watanabe and Hidehide Kinoshita, together with thanks for the designation of the university from Yamamura of our university, and the thanks that we would like to use the donation carefully for student support.
