On August 23 (Tuesday), Kinoshita Transportation Co., Ltd. and Yamaguchi Bank, Ltd. received donations from Kinoshita Transportation Co., Ltd. and Yamaguchi Bank, Ltd. for the donation presentation ceremony and a certificate of appreciation ceremony were held.
　When a company issues a private placement bond, a “donation type private placement bond” is donated by the contracted Yamaguchi Bank to local governments and schools designated by the company according to the amount issued. Kinoshita Transportation has become a donation-type private placement bond issuer and has been designated as a recipient in hopes of helping students at Shimonoseki City University.
　At the ceremony, Mr. Yasuhiro Watanabe, Director and Executive Officer, Sales Manager of Yamaguchi Bank, Ltd., gave a speech on the background of the issuance of private placement bonds. Mr. Hidehide Kinoshita, President and CEO of Kinoshita Transportation Co., Ltd. as a private placement bond issuer, gave a greeting saying that he would like to help the students who will lead the future, and the catalog was presented to YAMAMURA Shigeaki Chair.
　After that, I gave a letter of appreciation to Mr. Yasuhiro Watanabe and Mr. Eihide Kinoshita, along with his appreciation for the designation of the university from Yamamura for the designation of the university, and his gratitude for the donation to be carefully used for student support.
