　Since January 2022, we have decided to certify naming rights for facilities owned by OIST in order to improve the educational and research environment, and are recruiting corporations and others who wish to do so as naming rights partners.
　Shimonoseki City University Alumni Association has applied for naming rights for active learning studios, and the agreement was concluded on September 8, 2022.
　As a result, the active learning studio will be named "Minerva Studio" from October 4, 2022 to October 3, 2025.
　This is the second naming rights agreement of OIST.

　In his greeting, Shintaro Tominari, Chairman of Shimonoseki City University Alumni Association, said, "I thought that I could help some students as Shimonoseki City University Alumni Association, so I applied for this naming rights. I would be very grateful if this naming rights agreement could be used to enhance student's educational facilities. "
