Joint research seminar between Kyoto University and Shimonoseki City University was held.

 On September 29 (Thursday), Kyoto University and Shimonoseki City University held a joint research seminar: Approach to Educational Economics through Game Theory Methods. In addition, a ceremony was held to commemorate the holding of the joint research seminar.
 At the ceremony, after explaining how the seminar was held, Professor Sekiguchi of the Economic Research Institute of Kyoto University,PresidentChair, gave a speech.
 At the seminar, Prof. Sekiguchi and Prof. Nozu of Kyoto University served as lecturers, and Prof. Ishii from Gifu University served as lecturers, and about 20 seminar participants listened to the practice of game theory and the explanation of the lecturer, it was a meaningful time to think and learn.

※Game theory is an academic discipline that expresses human behavior and decision-making in formulas and can be applied widely in economics, sociology, and political science.
※Educational Economics is an academic discipline that considers economically related to education, such as the economic effects of education and educational outcomes, and is an area newly established at the Graduate School of Gifu University in April 2021.
