The Rubber Baseball Club received the Chair Award.

　The Rubber Baseball Club participated in the "38th West Japan Student Rubber Baseball Selection Tournament" held at Orvision Stadium Shimonoseki from November 14 (Mon) to 17 (Thu). We won by the tournament method and won the championship brilliantly.
　In addition, in the individual award,　
　　　　　　　Highest Medal Player Award: Mr. Kanto Ogawa (3 years of economy)
　　　　　　　　　Excellent Player Award: Mr. Shoteru Higashi (3rd year international trading)
　　　　　　　　　　　Fighting Award: Mr. Takaya Hashimoto (3 years of economy)
It was awarded.
　
　The award ceremony of the Chair Prize was held on December 9 (Friday), and a certificate of commendation and a prize money were presented in recognition of his achievements.
　
　The Chair Prize is awarded when students or organizations of the University improve their honor and perform good deeds that should serve as a model for the students. The Rubber Baseball Club received the first Chair Prize.

　At the award ceremony, President Yamamura said, "Being able to withstand the severe conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic and win the championship will support the future of our minds." Captain Ayanari Miyahara (3rd year economics) expressed his gratitude to his teammates, saying, "We have been working to win from summer and have won together." It was a commendation ceremony that conveyed the good atmosphere of the team. I am looking forward to the future success of the Rubber Baseball Club.

　For me, the Rubber Baseball Team is the best teammate who can do everything for their victory and for their friends. I am very pleased to be able to win the last tournament with my teammates. I want to say everyone is MVP. Thank you for three years!
