　When a company issues a private placement bond, a “donation type private placement bond” is donated by the contracted Yamaguchi Bank to local governments and schools designated by the company according to the amount issued. Recora Co., Ltd., which operates an Internet mail order business near the university, has become a donation-type private placement bond issuer, and has been designated as a recipient in hopes of helping to improve academic research at Shimonoseki City University.

　At the ceremony, Mr. Seiji Takafuji, the director of Yamaguchi Bankyama, as the donor representative, gave a speech on the background of the issuance of private placement bond. Next, Maki Saito, President of Recora Co., Ltd., as a private placement bond issuer, introduced the relationship with TUFS graduates and current students working part-time jobs at Recora, and gave a speech saying that he would like to support the young ability to learn locally.
