On November 8 (Wednesday), Recora Co., Ltd. and Yamaguchi Bank Co., Ltd. received donations in connection with the consignment of "Donation-type Private Placement Bonds with Yamaguchi Bank Guarantee", and a donation presentation ceremony and a letter of appreciation ceremony were held.

　"Donation-type private placement bonds" are donated by the contracted Yamaguchi Bank to local governments, schools, etc. designated by the company according to the amount issued when a company issues private placement bonds. Recora Co., Ltd., which operates an online shopping business near the university, has become a donation-type private placement bond issuer and has been designated as a donation destination because it hopes that it will help improve academic research at Shimonoseki City University.

　At the ceremony, Mr. Seiichi Takato, director of the branch of Yamaguchi Bankyama as the donor representative, gave a greeting and explained the background of the issuance of private placement bonds. Mr. Maki Saito, Representative Director of Recora Co., Ltd., as a private placement bond issuer, gave a speech to Mr. Yamamura that he would like to support the young power of learning locally by introducing our graduates and current students working part-time at Recora.

　After that, I was very reassuring that President Yamamura expressed his appreciation for the designation of the university, and I gave a letter of appreciation to Mr. Makoto Takato and Mr. Maki Saito, along with his gratitude for encouraging the operation.
