The first leadership training was held during the lunch break for two days on December 4 (Mon) and 5 (Tue), 2023.

　Leadership training is held twice a year for student groups and circles to learn about procedures, accounting procedures, and matters necessary for running organizations and circles. This time, the first time, was held on the first day, about "rules and procedures for circle activities", and on the second day, about "circle accounting", for representatives of each organization and accounting staff.

　Every year at this time, the generational change of the circle takes place. The new leaders listened to the explanation with a serious expression so that their juniors could take over what had been taken over from their seniors.

The next leadership training is scheduled to be held in February.
