With the construction of the new ground club room, the opening ceremony of the new club room was held on June 4, 2024 (Tuesday).

　The opening ceremony was attended by Shuichi Sasano, General Manager of the General Affairs Department, from Shimonoseki City. Executives and faculty members, including Chair and President participated in the event, and the students included the chairman of alumni, the chairman of the physical education association, and the captain of a club that uses the new club room.

　At the opening ceremony, Mr. Sasano read the greetings of Mayor Maeda. "The championship of the Rubber Baseball Club's 38th West Japan Student Rubber Baseball Selection Tournament is new to memory, and I look forward to seeing you more active than ever before." Chair also gave a speech saying, "In a new club room, talk with your friends, work hard in practice, and demonstrate your strength in the game." After that, on behalf of the student, Daichi Nakashi, thanked him on behalf of the students. Mr. Nakashi expressed his gratitude, "I will use the club room I received and connect not only to ourselves but also to my juniors in the future."

　After the opening ceremony, a commemorative photo was taken and a tour of the new club room. The students raised their expectations for the clubroom to use in the future and enjoyed the tour. I look forward to seeing you in the future.
