On Wednesday, November 13, 2024 as part of Faculty of Economics's financial theory II, a special lecture was given by visiting professor Keisuke Mukunashi (President and CEO of Yamaguchi Financial Group, Inc.). This lecture was held for the second time since last year, and this year we also talked about the theme of "Bank Management and YMfg Strategy".

　In the lecture, from the perspective of bank managers, students explained to link the textbook understanding of financial theory with real regional bank management and business practices, and students were able to learn new knowledge and practical content that they rarely encounter in everyday classes.

　In addition, in the lecture, as management that values employees, there were explanations on initiatives to promote the active participation of women in the company, a system to re-employ employees who changed jobs, and a system to propose new businesses in the company, which not only deepened the learning of students, but also broadened their horizons for future careers.
