Procedures for mailing of Japan Student Services Organization Scholarship Documents (updated on April 21)

Those who have become reservations
Those who wish to apply for a new application.  

We will also accept application documents for scholarships and distribute explanatory materials by mail. We will proceed as follows, and thank you for your cooperation. (Participation in briefing sessions is not required.)
※In addition, reservation recruiters (those who have already applied for at high schools, etc. and are candidates for recruitment) will be provided on the university's website, so please check the documents and prepare the materials.

Please print out the "Scholarship Request Form", check the checkbox for the required materials, and make a request.

 

◇◆◇Preparations required for procedures (candidates for reservations)◇◆◇ 

1.Please prepare documents to be submitted to the school, such as the decision letter. "Notice of Decision on Reservation Recruitment Candidates"
Please print and prepare the "Scholarship (Recruitment Recruitment) Checklist" and "Ctuition Reduction Checklist" and prepare.
2.Purchase two "letter packs" (either Light Plus) envelopes at the post office or Lawson. (Breakdown of purpose of use: One is to be used when it is sent to OIST. The other is for replies from the university, so please fill in the address you wish to send, bend it in half, and send it along with other materials. After confirming the documents, it will be used when sending it to students from the university. )
3.Confirm and enclose the submitted documents Please prepare the necessary documents such as the "Scholarship Request Form" and the required documents such as a decision letter, and mail it using one of the letter packs purchased in 2. Please print out the check sheet and confirm that there are no defects, and then mail it. You can download the "Application Form for Admission" from here.


After the documents arrive at the university, the university staff will check the documents. If there are no deficiencies, we will send you the identification number required to submit the application form using the letter pack prepared in 2. When you receive the identification number, please submit a notification of enrollment immediately (submit via the Internet).
 

 
◇◆◇Preparations required for procedures (those who wish to apply for a new application for enrollment 1)◇◆◇
[In the case of application documents]

After the documents arrive at the university, we will send you the necessary documents for the application by using the return letter pack prepared in 1. Please submit all documents to the university by the application deadline. Items with incompleteness or items that have passed the deadline cannot be accepted. [When new application documents are ready]
1.Please prepare the documents to be submitted. Please print out the "Beneficiary Scholarship Students (Recruitment of Enrollment) Checklist", "Benefit Scholarship and Loan Scholarship (Recruitment of Enrollment) Checklist" to make sure that there are no defects. .
2.Purchase two "letter packs" (either Light Plus) envelopes at the post office or Lawson. (Breakdown of purpose of use: One is to be used when it is sent to OIST. The other is for replies from the university, so please fill in the address you wish to send, bend it in half, and send it along with other materials. After confirming the documents, it will be used when sending it to students from the university. ) 。
3.Please confirm the submitted documents and enclose the submitted documents, and mail it using one of the letter packs prepared in 2. Print out the check sheet and check the contents for any deficiencies.

●Letter Pack Plus (520 yen / 1 sheet, within 4 km): Delivery face-to-face and receive a stamp or signature. 
●Letter pack light (370 yen / 1 sheet, 3cm): Delivered to the mail box.
