Those who are candidates for reservation recruitment
Those who wish to apply for a new student recruitment
We will also accept application documents for scholarships and distribute explanatory materials by mail. We would like to ask for your cooperation as follows. (Participation in the briefing is not required.)
※Reservation recruiters (those who have already applied for a high school, etc. and are candidates for recruitment) will be provided on the OIST website for information on the necessary documents, etc. Please also check and prepare materials.
Please print out the "Scholarship Related Materials Request Form", check the box of the required materials, and request it.
◇◆◇Preparations required for procedures (reservation candidates)◇◆◇
1.Please prepare school submission documents such as a decision letter. "Notice of Reservation Recruitment Candidate Decision"
Please print and prepare the "Scholarship (Reservation Recruitment) Checklist" and "Tuition Fee Reduction Checklist".
2.Please purchase two "letter pack" (either light plus) envelopes at the post office or Lawson. (Breakdown of purpose of use: One is used when sent to the University.) The other is for replying from the university, so please fill in the address you wish to send, bend it in half, and send it along with other materials. After confirming the documents, we will use them when sending them to students. )
3.Please confirm the submitted documents and enclose the necessary documents such as the "Scholarship Related Materials Request Form" and the decision letter, and mail it using one of the letter packs purchased in 2. Please print out the check sheet and make sure there are no defects, and mail it. You can download the application form here.

After the documents arrive at the university, we will send you the documents required for the application using a return letter pack prepared in 1. Please submit the documents to the university by the deadline. We will not be able to accept items that are incomplete or have passed the deadline. Thank you very much for your attention.

After the documents arrive at the university, the person in charge of the university checks the documents. If there is no defect, we will mail the identification number required for submitting scalar net input using the letter pack prepared in 2. When you receive your identification number, please apply for a scholarship (submitted to the Internet) immediately at Scala Net.
●Letter Pack Plus (520 yen / 1 piece, within 4 km) ... Delivery face-to-face and receive a receipt or signature.
●Letter pack light (370 yen / 1 piece, within 3cm) ... It will be delivered to the mailbox.
