On October 4, 2014, at the Karato Satellite Campus, an open lecture entitled "Energy Transition and Regions: Who is working on renewable energy for what?"

Dr. Fujitani, a specially appointed faculty member of Gifu University, introduced renewable energy initiatives nationwide, and gave a lecture in an easy-to-understand manner while touching on overseas cases. In addition, some of the students were actually trying to work on renewable energy in the city, and during the Q & A session, lively discussions were held with a view to practice.
