On June 27, 2016 (Monday), the University Open Lecture “Let's Establish a Co., Ltd.! "A Story of the Companies Act" has been launched.
　Kanako Kubo, a lecturer at Department of International Commerce Faculty of Economics, gave an overview of the characteristics of a stock company based on comparison with sole proprietorships, followed by practical talks on the types of shares important for the establishment of a stock company and procedures for establishment. The participants also jumped out detailed questions and showed the high level of interest.
