Procedures for mailing documents related to the Japan Student Services Organization Scholarship (Updated April 21)

Those who are candidates for reservation recruitment
Those who wish to apply for a new application for enrollment  

We will also accept application documents for scholarships and distribute explanatory materials by mail. We will follow the procedure as follows, so we appreciate your cooperation. (Participation in briefings is not required.)
※Reservation recruiters (those who have already applied for high school, etc. and have become candidates for recruitment) will be informed of the necessary documents on the university website, so please also check and prepare the materials.

Please print out the "Scholarship Request Form", check the check box of the required materials, and request it.

 

◇◆◇Preparations required for procedures (reservation candidates)◇◆◇ 

1.Please prepare school submission documents such as a letter of decision. "Reservation Recruitment Candidate Decision Notice"
Please print out and prepare the "Scholarship (Reservation Recruitment) Checklist" and "Tuition Fee Reduction Checklist".
2.Purchase two "letter pack" envelopes (either light plus) at the post office or Lawson. (Breakdown of purpose of use: One is used when sent to the University. The other is for reply from the university, so please fill in the address you wish to send, bend it in half, and send it along with other materials. After confirming the documents, it will be used to send them to the students.
3.Confirm and enclose the submitted documents, prepare the necessary documents such as the "Scholarship Related Documents Request Form" and the decision letter, and mail it using one of the letter packs purchased in 2. Please print out the check sheet, confirm that there are no defects, and mail it. You can download the "Advanced Registration Form" from here.


After the documents arrive at the university, the university representative will check the documents. If there are no deficiencies, we will send you the identification number required for submitting your enrollment notification using the letter pack prepared in 2. When you receive the identification number, please submit a notice of enrollment immediately (submit on the Internet).
 

 
◇◆◇Preparations required for the procedure (for those who wish to apply for a new application for enrollment 1)◇◆◇
[In case of request for application documents]
1.Purchase two "letter pack" envelopes (either light plus) at the post office or Lawson. (Breakdown of purpose of use: One is used when sent to the University. The other is for reply from the university, so please fill in the address you wish to send, bend it in half, and send it along with other materials. After confirming the documents, it will be used to send them to the students. 。
2.Confirm and enclose the submitted documents Please mail the "Scholarship Related Documents Request Form" using one of the letter packs purchased in 1.


After the documents arrive at the university, we will send you the documents required for application using the return letter pack prepared in 1. Please submit the documents to the university by the deadline. We will not accept items that are incomplete or have passed the deadline. Thank you very much for your attention.

 

 
◇◆◇Preparations required for the procedure (for those who wish to apply for a new application for enrollment 2)◇◆◇
[When the documents to be submitted for new application are ready]
1.Please prepare the school submission documents. Print out the “Checklist for Scholarship Students (Recruitment of Enrollment)”, “Checklist for Scholarships and Loan Scholarships (Recruitment of Enrollment)”, and “Checklist for Reduction of Tuition Fees (Recruitment of Enrollment)” to make sure that there are no defects. Please give me.
2.Purchase two "letter pack" envelopes (either light plus) at the post office or Lawson. (Breakdown of purpose of use: One is used when sent to the University. After the documents arrive at the university, the university representative will check the documents. If there are no deficiencies, we will send you the identification number required to submit the scalar net input using the letter pack prepared in 2. When you receive the identification number, please apply for a scholarship (submitted to the Internet) on Scalar Net immediately.

 

●Letter Pack Plus (520 yen / 1 sheet, within 4 kg): Delivery face-to-face and receive a receipt or signature. 
●Letter pack light (370 yen / 1 sheet, within 3cm): Delivery to the mailbox.
