■ Policy:
　We will conduct recruitment of first-time students on the following schedule, but we will start studying abroad.
If it is not possible to meet the safety requirements, we will postpone or cancel the dispatch of students.
　(1) Infectious disease risk information in the country where the partner school is located is "Level 2" or less.
　(2) The safety of the following routes is ensured
　　① Prefectures on the route from the departure point to the airport are designated as "Specific Alert Prefecture / Region".

　　② "Level 2" of infectious disease risk level set by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country where the airport is located for transit is located.

■ Application period:　- Friday, November 20 17:00

■ Selection test:  The applicant will be notified at a later date.
　　　　　　　 Written test: Scheduled to be held from November 24 (Tuesday) to 30 (Mon) (Chinese only)
　　　　　　　 Interview Exam: Scheduled to be held from November 24 (Tuesday) to December 4 (Friday)
　　　　　　　 ※In Chinese, an interview will be held on a daily basis after the written test is completed.

■ Application method for dispatched students
　Submit the following documents to International Exchange Center by the deadline

1. Student Application Form (○ English ○ Chinese)
2. Reason for Application for Dispatched Students (up to 800 characters)
3. Self-recommendation letter (within 400 characters) (“self-recommendation letter” and “how to write a reason for applying for a temporary study abroad”)
4. Documents to prove the required language level
5. Application for Study Abroad Permit
6. Letter of consent
