We will recruit students for the first term as follows.　

■ Policy:
　We will recruit students from the following schedule, but we will start studying abroad.
If the safety standards are not met, we will postpone or cancel the student dispatch.
　(1) Infectious disease risk information in the country where the partner school exists must be "Level 2" or less.
　(2) Safety of the following routes must be ensured
　　① Prefectural governments on the route from the departure point to the airport are designated as "Specific Warning Prefectures / Regions".
　　　 Not.
　　② "Level 2" of infectious disease risk level specified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country where the airport is located for transit.
　　　 As follows:

■ Application period:　~ November 20 (Fri.) 17:00

■ Selection test:  We will notify the applicant at a later date.
　　　　　　　 Written test: Scheduled from November 24 (Tue.) to 30 (Mon.) (Chinese only)
　　　　　　　 Interview examination: Scheduled to be implemented from November 24 (Tuesday) to December 4 (Friday).
　　　　　　　 ※In Chinese, an interview test will be conducted on a different day after the written test.

■ Determined student decision:　around the end of December

■ How to apply for a dispatched student
　Submit the following documents to International Exchange Center by the deadline:

1. Application Form (English/Chinese)
2. Reason for applying for a temporary student (up to 800 characters)
3. Self-recommendation sentence (up to 400 characters) ("Self-recommended sentence" and "How to write a reason for applying for a study abroad program")
4. Documents proving the required language level
5. Application for permission to study abroad
6. Letter of consent
