About Phase I Dispatched Students
　■ Application period: ~ November 22 (Mon.) 17:00
　■ Selected test: Conducted document screening, written tests, and interview tests
　　　　　　　(Please check the application guidelines for the implementation date.)
　■ Determination of dispatched students: Around the 4th week of December

　■ How to apply for a dispatched student　
　    Please submit the following documents to International Exchange Center by the deadline.

1. Application Guidelines for Study Abroad (English and Chinese)
2. Application for Study Abroad (English and Chinese)
3. Form No. 1 Attachment (Additional material)
4. Reason for applying for a temporary student (up to 800 characters)
5. Self-recommendation letter (up to 400 characters) ※Refer to how to write “Reason for Application for Study Abroad” and “Self-Recommendation Form”
6. Documents proving the required language level
   (At the time of application, temporary reception is possible with the qualification test admission ticket, but by 17:00 on November 22 (Monday).
   It is necessary to submit a letter of advice.

8. Pledge and written consent for travel under the influence of COVID-19 infection

　If you do not meet the following safety standards, the start of study abroad may be postponed or canceled.
 　(1) Infectious disease risk information in the country where the partner school exists must be "Level 1" or less.
 　(2) emergency information of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' COVID-19 infection International Safety Information by Country/region.

 　　  Safety can be confirmed by announcements such as announcements on the website, etc.
 　(3) No other unforeseen circumstances (such as terrorism or uneasiness in a country with an agreement) has occurred.
