On October 19, 2016 (Wednesday), a public university open lecture entitled "Elderly and Purpose-Thinking Regional Differences of Life in Urban/Rural Areas" was held at the I-201 classroom of the main building of the university.

　Professor Yuya Yoshitake, a specially appointed professor in charge of community contribution at Okayama University, said he would consider the difference in the region of life based on data from national surveys and surveys in rural areas. Many citizens participated, and opinions that their hearts were enriched, and it was a very fulfilling course.

　We look forward to the participation of many citizens as there are still courses in time for application, so we look forward to the participation of many citizens.
