Career Support and Employment Results

Message from graduates

As a leader in policy financing, we want to support customers’ dreams and contribute to society.

Kaede Yoshitake

Mr.

YOSHITAKE Kaede Faculty of Economics Graduated from Department of Economics in 2021
Born in Onoda High School, Yamaguchi Prefectural

While in school, I belonged to a seminar to study business administration and management strategy. During the seminar activities, I learned about the contents of the Japan Finance Corporation, and was fascinated by its role as a financial institution, the high publicity, and the magnitude of its impact on society, so I chose to work. Currently, we are working to provide customer support as a loan reviewer. Knowledge of economics, business administration, financial theory, etc. that I learned at university is used as the basis of my work. In particular, the "Three Basic Strategies", "5Forces analysis", and "PPM matrix" in business administration are strong weapons for corporate analysis.

As a person in charge of work every day, I feel rewarded when I realize that my value and impact on customers are increasing. Being able to support and support customers' dreams and future growth through support for startups and start-ups is the real pleasure of being unique to the public corporation. In order to further improve the level as a person in charge, I would like to challenge the qualifications of a small and medium-sized business consultant, and as an expert in loan screening, support small and medium-sized businesses and small businesses and contribute to society. I am.

I am a prefectural employee in Ehime Prefecture where I was born and raised, and is working on industrial promotion.

Ayano Hiasa

Mr.

HIASA Ayano Faculty of Economics Department of Public Management graduated in 2020
Born in Ehime Prefectural Imabari Nishi High School

Since I graduated from high school, I wanted to find a job in Ehime Prefecture. I chose Ehime Prefecture staff because I realized the charm of Ehime Prefecture when I went to Shimonoseki City University. The main reason is that people from Ehime Prefecture wanted to engage in town planning where they would like to return from outside the prefecture or want to live forever. Currently, in the Industrial Policy Division, I am involved in overseas expansion support for companies in the prefecture, development of overseas sales channels for prefectural products, and the management and operation of prefectural facilities. For example, during the COVID-19 pandemic, we held an online tour of sake brewery to introduce locally brewed sake in Ehime to the people of Australia. Looking back on my school days, I recall the on-the-job training and workshops on the theme of local issues. There were many opportunities to analyze issues and think about ways to solve problems, and I have developed the ability to think about things objectively and broad perspectives. We were able to utilize this ability to solve various issues after joining the agency. Now, with an eye on further industrial development, we are taking on the challenge of taking the Hangul Proficiency Test and obtaining the “Sake Diploma Certification” to communicate the appeal of the prefecture's locally brewed sake.
