Career Support and Employment Results

Graduate Message

As a leader in policy finance, we want to support our customers' dreams and contribute to society.

Yoshitake Kaede

Mr.

YOSHITAKE Kaede Faculty of Economics Department of Economics 2021 Graduated
Born in Onoda High School, Yamaguchi Prefectural

When I was at school, I belonged to a seminar that studied business administration and management strategy. During the seminar activities, I learned about the business contents of the Japan Finance Corporation and found it attractive to its role as a policy financial institution, its high public nature, and its magnitude of impact on society, and chose it as a place of employment. Currently, as a loan reviewer, we are working on customer support. The knowledge of economics, business administration, finance, etc. learned at university is used as a basis for work. In particular, management's "Three Basic Strategies", "5Forces Analysis" and "PPM Matrix" have become powerful weapons for corporate analysis.

As a person in charge, I feel rewarding when I realize that my value and impact on my customers are growing. Being able to support and support customers' dreams and future growth through support for startups and startups is the real pleasure of the public corporation. In order to further improve the level as a person in charge, we will also try to acquire qualifications such as small and medium-sized business consultants, and as an expert in loan screening, we will support small and medium-sized businesses and small businesses and contribute to society. I am.

My job is sales marketing, where you can feel the social contribution.

Kazuki Okamoto

Mr.

OKAMOTO Kazuki Faculty of Economics Department of International Commerce Graduated in 2014
Born in Yamaguchi Prefectural Univ. Tsu High School

Currently, we are engaged in sales and marketing of lighting equipment and electrical materials (switches, outlets, etc.) products at a base in Thailand. In my daily work, I predict market trends from both macro and micro perspectives, and formulate sales plans and sales policies, but when making important decisions in decision-making, I think that the "ability to theorize and think about the relationship between society and money" cultivated through learning at Faculty of Economics is active.

You can feel the satisfaction of your work when you are able to achieve your sales or planning goals. As the head of the department, I share my joy with the members. In addition, I travel to Thailand every month, but when I see how my products are being sold at dealers in various places, I feel great rewarding. It is a moment when I feel good to have this job with a large business scale and a high degree of contribution to society. I am currently studying organizational management and finance with a view to the future. We envision a future where we will demonstrate our leadership as a management layer and take on the challenge of further growth of our overseas business.

I am working as a prefectural employee in Ehime Prefecture where I was born and raised and working on industrial promotion.

Ayano Hiasa

Mr.

HIASA Ayano Faculty of Economics Department of Public Management 2020 Graduate
Born in Imabari Nishi High School, Ehime Prefectural

Since I graduated from high school, I have been aspiring to find employment in my local Ehime prefecture. I chose Ehime Prefecture staff because I reaffirmed the charm of Ehime Prefecture when I entered Shimonoseki City University. The main reason is that people from Ehime Prefecture wanted to engage in creating a town where they wanted to return from outside the prefecture or want to live forever. Currently, the Industrial Policy Division is involved in supporting overseas expansion of companies in the prefecture, developing overseas sales channels for local products, and managing and operating prefectural facilities. For example, during the COVID-19 pandemic, we held an online sake brewery tour to introduce the locally brewed sake of Ehime to Australian people, which was highly evaluated and rewarded. Looking back on my student days, I remember hands-on training and workshops on the theme of local issues that I worked on in classes. There were many opportunities to analyze issues and think about ways to solve them, and I was able to develop the ability to think objectively and broadly. This ability was used to solve various issues after joining the agency. Looking ahead to further industrial development, we are also taking on the challenge of taking the “Hangul Proficiency Test” and obtaining the “Sake Diploma Certification” to disseminate the appeal of the prefecture’s locally brewed sake.
