[Thinking about local communities and society from shopping centers]
Shopping centers (SCs) are close to us. However, I think there are many things I don't know about the development and operation of SCs. Various ideas have been devised to make the SC come and enjoy.
SCs, especially large-scale SCs, affect the local economy and people's lives. Therefore, it is necessary to contribute to local communities and respond to future changes in society.
In this lecture, in the form of a relay lecture, instructors who are actually involved in the operation of SC will learn about the formation of SC, the concept of development and operation of SC, and the relationship with the community. At the same time, students will learn the significance of learning and working at university through examples of SC.

Basic exercise (intercultural understanding)
Japanese Speech Contest by International Students
Lecturer: Associate Professor Misaki Shigeta and others

*********************************
It is different from the usual open lecture, but this time we will listen to the Japanese speech contest by international students. International students will give presentations on the theme of "I and Japan" with subtitles. The appearance of Japan seen by international students is a Japanese figure that is difficult for Japanese people to see, and it is often noticed by international students. One of the highlights is the Q&A session between Japanese and international students after the speech. I hope that the citizens who will attend will also participate in cross-border questions and answers.
