Voice of Students

Personal Management Expert Training Course

Hana Morimoto

Sir

I learned how to communicate smoothly through self-understanding and understanding others.

I was encouraged to take this lecture when I told my mother that I was worried about management. My mother also attended the course before, and it seemed to be very learning, and as I listened to the story, I myself became interested. When I become a member of society, I often study mainly on what I need for my daily work, but in the personal management lecture, I was able to learn about human characteristics and how to communicate that I can't learn in everyday life and at the company, so I had a very meaningful time.

I work in digital marketing and work with various types of people, including internal people, business partners, and managers. By taking this lecture, I was able to understand and verbalize my own personality in addition to the personality and tendency of others. I would like to work with each person with compassion while devising what kind of communication they should take, enjoying work as well as private life.

Children's Talent Management Specialist Training Course

Masayasu Furuya

Sir

Learning of IN-Child Record and CRAYON Book

I've been on the path of education for a long time. I was led to two programs at Shimonoseki City University Recurrent Education Center by meeting one book ("The Child, not a developmental disability, IN-Child Miracle" by President HAN Changwan ). While meeting various students, I was looking for ways to assess and support, so I was able to learn very interestingly. "Learning" is always in front of you. If you want to solve a variety of questions and issues, you need to learn and update yourself. The willingness to learn has nothing to do with old or young. In modern times, new and rapid and unexperienced changes are taking place. We will continue to deepen our learning and make use of learning for children.

  • The course certificate is an educational background that can be written on your resume.

Therefore, there is a "completion requirement" to obtain a course certificate.
Since each course is a course certification program in which students learn systematically in a group of 60 hours or more, it is a requirement to complete a course of 60 hours or more.

However, lectures up to less than 1/3 (less than 14 lectures) of all lectures will be supplemented. ※It is possible to substitute for attendance.

Audience

Check only if you have taken the course.
In the "Certificate of Attendance", the list of lectures taken during the period is described, so absent lectures are not described.
However, those who wish to participate will be able to participate.

Supplementary course video viewing and assignment repo Et

An supplementary course can be replaced by watching a recorded class and submitting a report to them.
However, since recordings may not be possible due to equipment malfunctions, etc. In that case, the teacher in charge will give separate instructions.
The content of the supplementary course basically describes the impressions of watching the recorded video, but depending on the theme of the lecture, there may be instructions from the instructor in charge, so if you are absent (if you wish to attend an supplementary course), be sure to contact the teacher in charge and the Executive Office of the Recurrent Education Center.
