Personal Management Professional Training Course

Morimoto Hanahana

Mr.

I learned how to communicate smoothly through self-understanding and understanding of others.

I was encouraged to take this lecture when I told my mother that I was worried about management. My mother also attended the course before, and it seemed that she was very learning, and as I listened to the story, I became interested in myself. When I become a member of society, I often study mainly on what is necessary for my daily work, but in my personal management lecture, I was able to learn about human characteristics and how to communicate that everyday life and the company cannot learn, and I was able to spend a very meaningful time.

I work in digital marketing, and I work with various types of people, such as in-house employees, business partners, and managers. By taking this lecture, I became able to understand and verbalize my own personality in addition to the personality and tendency of others. I would like to work on what kind of communication should be communicated with each and every one of them, and engage with compassion while having fun at work as well as in private.

Child talent management specialist training course

Masayasu Furuya

Mr.

Learn about IN-Child Record and CRAYON Book

I have been on the path of education for a long time. When I met a book (President HAN Changwan ’s “The Child, the Miracle of IN-Child, not a developmental disorder”), I was led to two programs at Shimonoseki City University Recurrent Education Center. While meeting various students, I was exploring the way of assessment and support, so I was able to learn very interestingly. “Learning” is always in front of you. If you want to seek solutions to various questions and issues, you need to learn and update yourself. The willingness to learn has nothing to do with young or old. In modern times, new and unexperienced changes are taking place. We will continue to deepen our learning and make use of learning for children.

Course certificate and completion requirements

  • The certificate is a certificate issued by the university under the President name in accordance with Article 105 of the School Education Law.
  • The certificate is an educational background that can be written on your resume.

Therefore, there is a "requirement for completion" to obtain a certificate of completion.
Since each course is a course certificate program in which students learn collectively in more than 60 hours in a systematic manner, it is a requirement to complete a course of 60 hours or more.

Treatment of absences

Course students

In principle, all lectures must be attended.
If the number of hours due to absence is insufficient, the requirements for completion of the "Course Certificate" are not met.
However, lectures up to less than 1/3 of all lectures (less than 14 lectures) will be supplemented. ※It is possible to replace attendance.

Auditor

Check whether or not you have attended.
In the "Certificate of Attendance", the list of lectures taken during the period is described, so absent lectures are not described.
However, it is possible for applicants to attend classes.

Supplementary video viewing and assignment report T

The supplementary course can be replaced by attending by watching recorded classes and submitting reports to them.
However, the recording may not be possible due to equipment malfunction, etc. In that case, there is a separate instruction from the teacher in charge.
The content of the supplementary course basically describes the impressions of watching the recording, but depending on the theme of the lecture, there may be instructions from the instructor in charge, so if you are absent (if you wish to attend the course), be sure to contact the teacher in charge and Executive Office of the Recurrent Education Center.
