Application for attendance

　After confirming the application guidelines, please write "Shimonoseki City University Recurrent Education Center Application Documents" in red on the envelope table and send it by simple registered mail to the address below.

Selection notice

　After screening the documents, you will be notified of the selection results.

Procedures for attending courses

　The tuition transfer form will be sent to the address indicated on the application form, so please transfer the tuition fee by the deadline.

Course guidance

　To those who have confirmed the payment of the tuition fee, we will send you a student ID card and a course guide (online lesson manual).
　If you are taking the course online, please prepare the equipment etc. by the time you start the course according to the manual.

Start of course

　Attendance status will be checked for each lecture.
　(4 lectures are held on four days.)
